So I decided to do the 100 Push-Up Challenge.
And now I'm in week three, with a little bit of improvement. I stalled out a little on last Friday's set, but yesterday I was able to complete that number. I expected that I might be a little slower than the program called for, so that's OK. I haven't missed any days.
The very best thing though, is that I have a workout buddy! Who checks in with me for status updates! So I can't skip because I would have to admit that to my workout buddy. This is truly the best way to make sure you stick to something. Be accountable.
